Year 8

Preparation begins for your GCSE courses. Work Experience gets you ready for life beyond school. The Summer Term Mocks session gives you a taste of things to come in Year 11. Many of you will successfully apply to become Prefects in Year 11.

Year 11

The final year! This is the year you consolidate all the skills and knowledge you have developed over the last 4 years and focus on achieving your very best. Mock exams take place in November and February/March. Intensive study and revision workshops, holiday masterclasses and drop-down days focused on core subjects will ensure you have every opportunity to achieve. Finally... The Leaver's Prom.

Next week throughout half term interventions will be happening (please note certain sessions are for invited students only). All students who are attending an intervention session need to sign in at reception when they arrive and sign out when they leave.
The restaurant will be closed therefore students will need to bring a packed lunch with them.

Congratulations to all our students on their GCSE results today. All students have been able to achieve GCSE’s in a range of subjects. There was an increase in the number of students achieving a grade 9. The school has seen great improvements in key subjects including English and Maths. We would like to wish all the students good luck in their next steps.


From September 4th 2019 the school reception office will be changing its opening times temporarily.

The new opening times will be

Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm each day

Fridays 8am to 3.30pm
